Zimbabwe - 'Africa's plundered treasure'
Once Zimbabwe was being hailed as 'the bread basket of Southern Africa.' As one long-suffering Zimbabwean stated recently: "you only really realise how rich this country is when you see how many people have been ripping so much out of it for so long."
It has always been known as one of the world's most beautiful countries but travellers and tourists who take the trouble to visit are invariably surprised to realise that, despite its problems, Zimbabwe remains one of the friendliest and most hospitable countries in the world.

One day it will again return to being one of the most desirable countries in the world in which to live.
